COMPANY PHILOSOPHY AND HISTORY
New Look Landscapes Ltd was established in Dunedin in 2005 with
a vision to provide a quality landscaping service and add value to
people's properties. New Look Landscapes Ltd is an accredited
member of the Landscape Industries Association of New Zealand and
meets the required standards for health and safety, good business
practice and high quality landscaping work. We are also
members of The Otago Chamber of Commerce.
New Look Landscapes Ltd covers all aspects of landscaping.
We have our own team of subcontractors - plumbers, electricians and
excavators - to provide a seamless service for the client.
Permits are also organized, as required. New Look Landscapes
Ltd is not confined to Dunedin either, projects have been carried
out in Milton and Balclutha, at Carrick Winery, in Central Otago,
at Otematata, at holiday homes at Shag Point, Clyde and
Cromwell.

Our Team
Andrew Perry
Director
Andrew trained and qualified in the National Certificate
of Horticulture in London in 1997. Andrew's skills were then
developed during time spent landscaping in Christchurch and then
Dunedin. Andrew is a perfectionist by nature and has a keen
eye for detail. These qualities are invaluable for
landscaping and have earned New Look Landscapes Ltd a reputation
for excellence and an impressive portfolio of clients. In his
spare time Andrew enjoys keeping fit and has completed a full
marathon and several half-marathons and triathlon events. He
also enjoys fishing, hunting and tramping.
Alison Perry
Marketing & Business Development
Alison's background is in event organization and
administration. She gained a broad set of organizational and
administration skills working in a large accounting firm
in London for seven years prior to immigrating to New Zealand in
the late nineties. A natural communicator, Alison takes
pleasure in promoting New Look Landscapes Ltd's professional
landscaping services. Alison enjoys the
nature, beautiful scenery and lifestyle opportunities that
living in New Zealand offers and spending time with
family, including the family toy poodle, 'Charlie'.
Scott Davey
Landscaper
Scott completed a carpentry course at Otago Polytech
before starting with New Look Landscapes Ltd in 2007. Scott
has excellent landscaping skills, is reliable and unafraid of hard
work. Scott has a friendly personality and builds great
rapport with our customers. In his spare time Scott enjoys
hunting, fishing, snowboarding and playing rugby for Kaikorai Rugby
Football Club.
Dave Sawtell
Landscaper
Dave earned his National Certificate of Horticulture at
Otago Polytech before joining the New Look Landscapes Ltd team in
2008. Dave has excellent landscaping skills and a keen eye
for detail. He is also a great problem-solver and can be
relied upon for coming up with creative solutions. From a
community-minded family, Dave spends his free time marshalling at
swimming events, coaching swimming and running scout events.
Emma Mulholland
Landscape Architect
Emma obtained her degree in landscape architecture at
Lincoln University and then went overseas and lived in Japan.
She soon realized New Zealand was the place to live and in 2011
decided to come to Dunedin to pursue her career as a landscape
architect and garden designer. Emma has a strong interest in
residential and rural landscape design and enjoys the
challenge of creating a space that reflects the client's ideas and
lifestyle. Emma has experience in residential and
planting design and also loves getting out there and helping build
the projects. Emma is really interested in
computer modeling and taking landscape design to the next
level by showing clients a visualization of their dream garden.
